Holy Hour / Benediction

Please join us on Thursday, September 4 for our monthly Eucharistic Adoration and Benediction. Eucharistic Adoration begins at 9:45 a.m. continuing throughout the day until 7:00 p.m. We will conclude the day with Benediction at 7:00 p.m. Feel free to join us at anytime throughout the day.

Religious Education Classes/Starting Sept 7

Tri-Parish Picnic

Come join us on Sunday, September 7 for our annual Tri-Parish picnic at Miller's Grove. We will begin with Mass at 1:00 p.m. followed by lunch. Bring your family and a food item to share. Last names beginning with A - M bring a covered dish, N-Z please bring a dessert. RSVP to St. Paul by Tuesday, September 2. Musical entertainment will be provided throughout. The schedule of Activities is as follows:

1:00 p.m Mass

2:30 p.m. Lunch

3:30 p.m. Kid's games, Cornhole Tournament

4:00 p.m. Euchre Tournament, Bingo

Year of St. Paul / Faith Formation

Please join us on Wednesday, September 10 at 7:00 p.m. in Rosary Hall for Professor Vincent Branick's presentation on the life and writings of Paul. Professor Branick currently teaches religious studies at the University of Dayton. He specializes in the New Testament and business ethics and is author of The House Church in the Writings of Paul and Wonder in a Technical World. This will be the first of many faith formation opportunities throughout the year dedicated to learning more about St. Paul. Please join us for this exciting event!

Communal Anointing of the Sick

On Saturday, September 13 at the 4:30 Mass we will celebrate the sacrament of the anointing of the sick. This sacrament, which was formerly called extreme unction, is not a sacrament of the dying, but a sacrament of healing. Please join us as we encounter Jesus, who comes as Physician and Healer, and pray together and give community support to those being anointed.

First Reconciliation-First Eucharist

First Reconciliation-First Eucharist preparation classes begin on Tuesday, September 16, at 7:00 p.m. Children must be baptized and at least 7 years of age by September 15 in order to be enrolled in the program. There will be six family gatherings (three for each sacrament) throughout the year. Forms are available in the church vestibule and on-line. There will be a $30 registration fee due at the time of registration.

God's Garden

God's Garden is back! Please join us on Tuesday's and Thursday's throughout the summer to help plant, weed, water and harvest the garden. We will meet at 7:00 at the garden each week. Sue Sack, parishioner of Precious Blood will be coordinating this joint, Tri-Parish Ministry. You can contact Sue at 836-4223 or email her at sackhouse@aol.com. If you would like to volunteer, please call the parish office for additional information.
